Event Toilet Hire
Temporary toilets for weddings, festivals, fairs, sporting events, corporate functions and private parties, plus extra capacity beside existing facilities.
Event toilet hire in HullPortable toilet hire, Hull
Portable toilets for events, building sites and longer-term projects in Hull, delivered, serviced and collected by a fully insured local company with over 10 years experience.
Why it matters
Guests remember an event for the day itself, not for a hunt for the toilets or a queue that never moves, and a building site cannot lawfully run without suitable facilities for the people working on it. In both cases the answer is the same: temporary units, put where they are needed for as long as they are needed.
East Yorkshire Portaloo Hire Ltd is a portable toilet hire company based in Hull, supplying temporary toilets for events, construction sites and longer-term projects. The number and position of units is worked out around who will use them, how long the hire runs and how the venue or site is laid out, so the toilets are easy to reach without getting in the way.
Sorting toilet provision early leaves time to think about delivery access, sensible positions and servicing, rather than solving a basic requirement at the last minute. See event toilet hire for weddings, festivals and parties, construction site toilet hire for building work, or long-term portable toilet hire for projects that run for weeks or months, or simply get in touch with the details.

What we hire out
Every hire is priced on the actual requirement: how many people, how long, where the venue or site is, how a vehicle gets in and how often the units need servicing.

To get a quote for portable toilet hire, call 01482 680876, message us on WhatsApp or use the enquiry form with the date, the venue or site address, expected numbers and how long you need the units. Those details are enough for a realistic price because the number of units, hire length, servicing and access all affect the cost.
The number of portable toilets you need depends on how many people will use them, how long the hire runs and what facilities already exist. For an event that means attendance, event length and whether alcohol is served; for a building site it means the workforce and how the job is phased. Tell us those details and we will suggest a sensible number rather than a fixed ratio.

As well as event toilet hire, East Yorkshire Portaloo Hire supplies portable toilets for construction sites and for long-term hire on building projects, temporary workplaces and refurbishments in Hull. Event toilet hire, Hull
Portable toilets that keep guests comfortable at weddings, festivals, fairs and outdoor occasions in Hull, planned around attendance, venue and event length.
Event loo hire
A good event should be remembered for the right reasons, not for long walks to the nearest toilet or facilities that cannot cope with demand. Temporary sanitation gives organisers a practical way to support guests where permanent washrooms are limited or unavailable. East Yorkshire Portaloo Hire Ltd provides event-focused toilet provision for gatherings, celebrations and outdoor occasions in Hull.
The company is based on Anlaby Road in Hull, has over 10 years experience and is fully insured. This page covers what shapes an event toilet plan; if you already have a date, send the details for a quote.

Occasions covered
The right setup depends on attendance, event duration, venue layout and the permanent facilities already available. Thinking about toilet provision early gives organisers time to consider suitable positions, delivery access and likely guest demand, rather than trying to solve a basic practical requirement during the final stages of event preparation.
What is included
Event loo hire is the temporary provision of toilet facilities for guests, staff or participants at occasions where permanent washrooms are unavailable or insufficient. It can be used for outdoor celebrations, festivals, sporting events, fairs, shows, private functions and other temporary gatherings.
Planning starts with expected attendance and how long people will remain at the venue. Organisers should also consider existing toilet capacity, peak periods of use and where units can be positioned without affecting entrances, emergency routes or important event areas. Delivery access matters too, particularly where grounds are restricted or setup takes place alongside other suppliers.
The aim is to provide enough convenient facilities for the event without making them intrusive. Appropriate positioning can shorten walking distances for guests while keeping units away from food service, key viewing areas or heavily congested spaces where practical and comfortable for everyone. Event toilet hire is one part of the portable toilet hire in Hull we offer, and the same planning applies to any occasion where the venue cannot cope on its own. For building work, see construction site toilet hire.

Why choose us
The number of people attending has a direct effect on toilet demand, so attendance should shape the facilities rather than being treated as a minor detail. Considering guest numbers alongside event length and existing washrooms creates a more realistic starting point for deciding how much temporary capacity may be appropriate.
Toilets need to be easy enough for guests to find without dominating the event space. Venue layout, access routes and busy areas all affect sensible positioning. Thinking through these details can help keep facilities convenient while protecting entrances, emergency routes and the parts of the venue that matter most to the event experience.
Temporary events often operate in places that were never designed to handle large numbers of visitors. Portable sanitation provides a flexible way to add toilet capacity without permanent alterations to the venue. That can be particularly useful for fields, marquees, outdoor spaces and temporary sites used for only a day or a limited period.
Delivery to collection
The practical planning usually begins with the event date, venue, expected attendance and length of use. Suitable unit positions can then be considered alongside access for delivery and collection. Where facilities are needed across several days, servicing may also form part of the arrangement. Exact timings and responsibilities should be confirmed for the individual event rather than assumed.
Guest numbers, venue access and the location of existing washrooms are useful starting points when planning temporary event sanitation. It also helps to consider where queues could form and whether the units will remain accessible throughout the day. For longer or busier events, servicing requirements should be discussed beforehand so the facilities can be managed appropriately during the hire period.

Questions answered
Portable toilets for events are temporary sanitation units provided for guests, staff or participants when a venue has limited or no permanent washroom facilities. They can be used at weddings, festivals, fairs, sports fixtures, private parties and other outdoor gatherings. The number and positioning of units should reflect attendance, event length, venue layout and existing facilities. Delivery and collection access also needs to be considered before the event so the units can be placed safely without interfering with other parts of the setup.
Event loo hire is needed when existing toilets are unavailable, too limited for the expected attendance or inconveniently positioned for the event area. This is common at outdoor venues, temporary sites and gatherings held across large grounds. Extra facilities may also be useful where permanent washrooms exist but are unlikely to provide enough capacity at peak times. Organisers should consider toilet provision while planning the wider event layout because access, guest movement and delivery routes can affect where temporary units can reasonably be positioned.
Festival toilet hire costs vary according to the number of units required, the duration of the event, location, access and any servicing arrangements. A small local gathering with a limited number of guests will have different requirements from a larger event running over several days. The type of units required can also affect cost. Because these factors differ considerably between events, an accurate price normally depends on the actual attendance, venue and hire details rather than a single generic rate.
The number of toilets needed for an outdoor event depends on expected attendance, event duration, existing facilities and how heavily the toilets are likely to be used. Events serving alcohol or running for longer periods may create different demand from shorter daytime gatherings. Organisers should also think about peak arrival times, intervals and the spread of people across the venue. General planning guidance can be useful, but the final requirement should be based on the specific event rather than assuming one fixed ratio works in every situation.
Temporary event toilets should be placed on stable ground where guests can reach them easily and where delivery or servicing access is practical. They should not block emergency routes, entrances or important pedestrian flows. Larger venues may benefit from facilities being distributed rather than concentrated in one distant area. Organisers may also want to avoid placing units immediately beside food areas, main stages or prominent gathering points. The best position balances guest convenience with the operational needs of the venue and event setup.
Wedding toilet hire can be used at venues that already have toilets if extra capacity is needed or the permanent facilities are too far from the main event area. This can be relevant for marquees, gardens, fields or venues where guests spend most of the day away from the main building. Additional facilities may reduce pressure on existing washrooms and shorten walking distances. The appropriate number of units depends on guest numbers, event duration and the capacity of the toilets already available at the venue.
Temporary event toilets can remain on site for the hire period agreed around the event, including time needed for setup and collection where applicable. The exact timing depends on access to the venue and the organiser's schedule. Multi-day events may also require servicing during the hire period because usage can be much heavier than at a short private function. Delivery and collection arrangements should be confirmed in advance, especially where the venue has restricted access times or other suppliers will be using the same routes.
Choose an event sanitation provider by checking whether the proposed facilities suit the attendance, venue, event duration and available access. Organisers should understand what type of toilets are being supplied, how many are recommended, where they can be positioned and what delivery, collection or servicing arrangements apply. It is useful to provide accurate event details from the start because a small private function and a large public gathering can have very different practical needs. The chosen arrangement should be based on the actual event rather than a generic package.
If you're organising an event in Hull, sorting toilet provision early can make the rest of the venue plan easier to coordinate. Contact East Yorkshire Portaloo Hire Ltd with the date, location and expected attendance so the practical requirements can be considered.
Site toilet hire, Hull
Portable site toilets for new builds, extensions, refurbishments and domestic building work in Hull, delivered, serviced and collected around the workforce and site access.
Site welfare
A building site needs toilets from the first day of groundworks, and the law expects them to be there. Portable site toilets give contractors a practical way to meet that requirement where mains drainage is not available or the existing facilities are out of bounds. East Yorkshire Portaloo Hire Ltd delivers, services and collects construction site toilets across Hull, positioned to suit the job.
The company is based on Anlaby Road in Hull, has over 10 years experience and is fully insured. This page covers what shapes a site toilet arrangement; if the job already has a start date, send the details for a quote.

Kinds of work covered
The right provision depends on how many people are on site, how long the job runs and how the site is laid out. Sorting the toilets before the first trades arrive avoids a scramble on day one and gives time to think about access, positioning and how often the units will need servicing.
What is involved
Construction site toilet hire is the supply of portable toilets to building sites, refurbishment projects and other places of work where permanent facilities are unavailable, disconnected or unsuitable. Under the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015, sites must provide suitable and sufficient sanitary conveniences at readily accessible places, kept clean and in good order, so temporary units are often the simplest way to comply.
Planning starts with the workforce: how many people will be on site, whether numbers will rise during busier phases and how long the job is expected to run. Access matters too, because a unit has to be delivered on a vehicle and reached again for servicing and collection, so hoarding lines, gate widths and parking all come into it.
Positioning should keep the toilets close enough to be used without putting them in the path of deliveries, plant or scaffold. Firm, level ground and a spot that will not be built over halfway through the job save moving units later. Site toilets are one part of the portable toilet hire in Hull we offer, and for jobs that run for months the long-term portable toilet hire page covers what changes when a hire is extended.

Why choose us
The number of people on site sets the number of units and how often they need servicing. We ask about workforce numbers, phases and duration at the start so the provision suits the busiest part of the job rather than the first day, and it can be looked at again if the programme changes.
Every unit arrives on a vehicle and has to be reached again for servicing and collection, so access is planned before delivery. Gate widths, hoarding lines and restricted hours are agreed with you up front, which avoids a unit stuck somewhere the service vehicle cannot get to.
Over 10 years experience, fully insured and based on Anlaby Road in Hull, with the phone answered seven days a week. If the job changes, ring and the arrangement can be looked at again rather than leaving you to work around a fixed booking.
Delivery to collection
Planning starts with the site address, start date, expected duration and workforce numbers. Access and positioning are agreed before delivery, along with how often the unit will be serviced. During the hire, servicing continues at the agreed interval and can be adjusted if numbers change. When the job finishes, the unit is collected and the site handed back clear.
Think about the toilet at the same time as the skip and the scaffold. It needs a firm spot that will still be reachable when the ground floor is up, a clear route for the service vehicle and enough capacity for the busiest week rather than the first one. If the programme changes, tell us and the arrangement can change with it.

Questions answered
Construction sites must provide suitable and sufficient sanitary conveniences at readily accessible places under the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015. The toilets should be adequately ventilated and lit where practicable and kept in a clean and orderly condition, with washing facilities and drinking water also required on site. Portable toilets are a common way to meet the requirement where mains facilities are unavailable. How many units are appropriate depends on the number of people working on site and how long the work runs, so the provision should reflect the actual workforce rather than a nominal figure.
The number of portable toilets a building site needs depends on how many people are working, whether they are on site all day, how many phases the job has and whether numbers peak during certain trades. There is no single ratio that fits every site. A small domestic extension with a couple of trades has different needs from a job with a dozen people through the week. Tell us the expected workforce and duration and we will suggest a sensible number and a servicing arrangement to match, rather than guessing from the size of the site.
Construction site toilets are serviced as often as the level of use requires, which depends on how many people rely on the unit and how heavily it is used through the week. A single unit on a small job needs different attention from several units on a busy site. The servicing arrangement is agreed when the hire is set up and can be looked at again if the workforce grows or the job runs longer than planned. Regular servicing keeps the unit hygienic and usable, which matters for the people relying on it every day and for the site welfare obligations.
Yes. Portable toilets are regularly used on domestic building projects such as extensions, loft conversions and full renovations where the household toilet is out of use or the homeowner would rather trades did not use it. A single unit on the drive or in the front garden is usually enough for a small team, provided there is firm ground and access for delivery and collection. It also keeps the working relationship simpler for everyone. Tell us the address, the expected length of the job and roughly how many trades will be on site.
Construction site toilet hire costs depend on the number of units, how long the job runs, how often the toilets need servicing and how easy the site is to reach for delivery and collection. A single unit on a short domestic job is priced differently from several units on a long contract with regular servicing. Because those factors vary from one site to the next, an accurate price is based on the actual requirement rather than a flat rate, so send the site address, expected duration and workforce numbers and we will quote on that.
A portable toilet on a building site should stand on firm, level ground where workers can reach it easily and a service vehicle can get to it for emptying and collection. Keep it clear of vehicle routes, plant movements, scaffold drops and areas that will be excavated or built over later in the programme. Near the site entrance or welfare area is often practical. If the site layout changes as the job progresses, the position can be reviewed so the unit stays accessible for both the people using it and the servicing.
Yes. Site toilets can be hired for a few days on a short job or for the full length of a longer contract, with the servicing arrangement matched to how long the units are on site and how many people use them. For projects running for weeks or months, our long-term portable toilet hire page covers what changes when a hire is extended, including reviewing the position as the site develops. Either way, tell us the expected duration when you enquire so the arrangement fits the job from the start.
To quote for a construction site toilet we need the site address or postcode, when the job starts and roughly how long it will run, how many people will be working on site and how the site can be reached for delivery, servicing and collection. Details such as gate widths, hoarding lines or restricted hours help avoid surprises on the day. If numbers are likely to rise during a particular phase, mention that too, so the number of units and the servicing arrangement can be planned around the busiest period rather than the quietest.
If you are setting up a site in Hull, get the toilets sorted alongside the skip and the scaffold. Contact East Yorkshire Portaloo Hire Ltd with the address, start date, expected duration and workforce numbers so the units, positions and servicing can be planned before day one.
Long-term toilet hire, Hull
Portable toilet rental for building projects, temporary workplaces and extended works across Hull, planned around user numbers, access and ongoing servicing.
Extended hire
Some sites need toilet facilities for much longer than a few days. If you're managing ongoing building work, a temporary workplace or another extended project, having suitable sanitation in place throughout makes day-to-day arrangements simpler. East Yorkshire Portaloo Hire Ltd provides portable toilet rental for longer requirements across Hull where permanent facilities are unavailable or impractical.
The company is based on Anlaby Road in Hull, has over 10 years experience and is fully insured. This page covers what changes when a hire runs for weeks or months; if you already know the site and dates, send the details for a quote.

Ongoing needs covered
Longer hire periods need more thought than simply placing a toilet on site and leaving it there. Expected user numbers, access, positioning and ongoing servicing all need consideration so the facilities remain practical throughout the period they are required.
What is included
Long-term toilet rental provides temporary sanitation facilities for sites that need portable toilets over an extended period rather than for a single day or short event. This can include construction projects, renovation work, temporary workplaces and other locations where permanent toilets are unavailable or unsuitable.
The main difference with an extended hire is that ongoing use needs to be considered from the start. User numbers may change, the layout of a working site can develop over time and regular servicing may be needed to keep the facilities usable. Access for service vehicles and eventual collection should therefore form part of the planning.
Portable toilets can provide a practical solution without requiring permanent facilities to be installed for a temporary requirement. The arrangement should reflect how long the site will operate, who will use the units and how conditions may change during the hire period. Long-term hire is one part of the portable toilet hire in Hull we offer; for the first weeks of a build, the construction site toilet hire page covers what matters when the site is being set up.

Why choose us
Not every temporary requirement is short term. Projects can continue through several stages, and toilet provision needs to remain practical throughout. Planning around the expected duration, site conditions and number of users helps create an arrangement suited to ongoing use rather than treating an extended requirement like a one-day hire.
Facilities used repeatedly over a longer period need consideration beyond their initial placement. Servicing and continued accessibility become increasingly important as the hire continues. Thinking about these practical requirements from the outset helps ensure the temporary toilets remain appropriate for the people using them as the project or site develops.
Longer projects do not always stay the same from beginning to end. Workforce numbers, access routes and working areas can change as progress is made. A long-term hire should therefore be planned around the wider site requirement, with positioning and ongoing use considered throughout rather than only on the day the toilets arrive.
Start to finish
Planning starts with the location, expected hire period, user numbers and intended use of the facilities. Access and positioning can then be considered before the units arrive. During longer rentals, servicing requirements may need to reflect changing usage or site conditions. Once the temporary requirement ends, collection can be arranged as part of completing the hire.
For an extended hire, think beyond the initial delivery. The location needs to remain accessible, the number of users may change and servicing must suit the level of use. On active sites, working areas can also move as a project develops, so the toilet position may need reviewing to keep the facilities practical throughout the rental period.

Questions answered
Long-term portable toilet rental is the hire of temporary toilet facilities for an extended period rather than a short event or one-off requirement. It can suit building projects, refurbishment work, temporary workplaces and other sites where permanent washrooms are unavailable. The hire may continue for several stages of a project, depending on what is required. Because the toilets remain in regular use, servicing, site access and suitable positioning become important considerations throughout the rental period rather than only when the units are first delivered.
Portable loos can be hired for extended periods where temporary sanitation is needed throughout an ongoing project or site requirement. The exact duration depends on the circumstances and the agreement with the hire provider. Some sites may only need facilities for part of a project, while others may need them for several weeks or months. Longer hire periods usually require an appropriate servicing arrangement, and collection can then be organised when the facilities are no longer needed.
Extended toilet hire can be useful for contractors, site managers and organisations operating somewhere without suitable permanent washroom facilities. Typical situations may include construction work, renovations, temporary workplaces and projects where existing toilets are disconnected or inaccessible. The important factor is not the type of customer but the length and nature of the requirement. If people will regularly use the site over an extended period, temporary sanitation may provide a practical way of maintaining accessible toilet facilities throughout that time.
Long-term portable loo rental costs depend on factors such as the number of units, duration of hire, site location, access and servicing requirements. A longer hire period with regular use can involve different arrangements from a short-term rental. The number of people using the toilets may also influence how many units are needed and how frequently they require attention. Because these variables differ from one site to another, an accurate price normally needs to be based on the specific requirements rather than a single standard rate.
Long-term portable toilets need servicing often enough to remain hygienic and usable for the people relying on them. The appropriate frequency depends on user numbers, the type of unit and how heavily the facilities are being used. A toilet serving a small workforce may have different servicing requirements from several units on a busier site. Changes in site activity can also affect usage over time, so the servicing arrangement should reflect actual conditions rather than being treated as fixed regardless of how the site develops.
Temporary toilets can remain in the same position throughout a long hire if the location continues to be safe, accessible and practical. On changing construction or development sites, however, the original position may become unsuitable as work progresses. New access routes, machinery, fencing or completed sections of the project can all affect where facilities are best placed. The position should therefore be reviewed if site conditions change significantly, particularly where access is also needed for ongoing servicing or eventual collection.
Portable toilets can be suitable for ongoing construction projects where workers do not have access to appropriate permanent facilities. They can remain available across different phases of the work, provided the hire and servicing arrangements match the level of use. Workforce numbers, site access and the changing layout of the project should all be considered. A facility that works well during early groundworks may need repositioning or different servicing arrangements later if the scale or activity of the site changes.
Choose a provider for extended portable toilet hire by checking whether the arrangement can accommodate the expected duration, number of users and practical conditions of the site. It is useful to understand how servicing is handled, what access is required and how changes during the rental period can be managed. Providing accurate information about the site from the beginning helps establish what is appropriate. The most suitable arrangement should be based on actual ongoing use rather than simply choosing a unit and assuming nothing will change.
If you need temporary toilets in Hull for an ongoing project or extended period, consider the expected duration, user numbers and site access early. Contact East Yorkshire Portaloo Hire Ltd with the details of the requirement so the practical arrangements can be discussed.
About the company
East Yorkshire Portaloo Hire Ltd is a portable toilet hire company based in Hull, supplying temporary toilets for events, construction sites and longer-term projects.
Hull based
East Yorkshire Portaloo Hire Ltd works from 394 Anlaby Road in Hull, supplying portable toilets for events, construction sites and longer-term projects such as refurbishments and temporary workplaces. The company has over 10 years experience in portable toilet hire and is fully insured.
Every hire starts with the same questions: how many people will use the toilets, how long the event or job runs, what facilities already exist and how a vehicle will get in to deliver, service and collect. Those answers decide how many units are sensible and where they should stand, which matters more than any standard package. You can read how that works in practice on the event toilet hire, construction site toilet hire and long-term portable toilet hire pages.

Our promise
That line sits on the East Yorkshire Portaloo Hire logo and it describes how each hire is run: units delivered when agreed and positioned where people can find them without getting in the way of the event or the work, with servicing and collection confirmed with you rather than assumed.
The second line on the logo is shorter still: your event, our priority. In practice that means the plan is built around your date, your venue or site and the number of people using the units, and if we cannot help with a particular request we will say so plainly rather than promise something we cannot deliver.
